BOOT statement for Construction

Own an entire Greenfields construction facility with Baga Chego Construction BOOT proposal.
The complete facility is designed, constructed, installed, financed, and operated on behalf of the client.

Benefits include:
1. Client doesn’t have to secure financing – We fund the capital cost of the project.
2. Fixed facility costs charged at the commencement of the contract, giving you budget certainty.
3. B&E International carries all construction and operational related risk until handover.
4. Facilities are designed to be Fit-For-Purpose, ensuring maximised functionality, quality, and lifespan.
5. BOOT contract periods typically constitute 3 to 5 years. Upon completion of the initial contract period, ownership of the facility shifts to the client.
6. The client has the choice of extending the contract to a Lease/Maintain/Operate Option after transfer.

TOLL Processing .

Get peace of mind with B&E International undertaking the operational and production risks of your mining project with our TOLL processing option. This is similar to the BOOT offering, except for the client incurring the CapEx (capital expenditure) component of the project from the onset. Ownership of the plant thus rests with the client and the plant is operated on a fixed OpEx rate (operational expenditure) basis for a predetermined period by us.
