BOOT Concept - Build,Operate,Own, Transfer
Own an entire Greenfields mineral processing plant with B&E International’s BOOT proposal. The complete processing plant is designed, manufactured, installed, financed, and operated on behalf of the client.
Benefits include:
- Client doesn’t have to secure financing.
- Fixed production are costs charged at the commencement of the contract.
- B&E International carries all production and operational related risk.
- Process plants are designed to be Fit-For-Purpose ensuring maximised reliability and production.
- Boot Contract periods typically constitute a contract period of at least three to five years. Upon completion of the initial contract period, ownership of the plant shifts to the client.
- The client has the choice of extending the contract to a TOLL Processing Option.
TOLL Processing .
Get peace of mind with B&E International undertaking the operational and production risks of your mining project with our TOLL processing option. This is similar to the BOOT offering, except for the client incurring the CapEx (capital expenditure) component of the project from the onset. Ownership of the plant thus rests with the client and the plant is operated on a fixed OpEx rate (operational expenditure) basis for a predetermined period by us.
